Founder & Chairman
Christopher was hired by American Express to transform its European digital marketing team. His ideas gained massive traction and were soon adopted across its global marketing, UX and analytics units. He developed these skills at viagogo, the Rothschild-funded online marketplace for concert/sport tickets, where he helped automate its PPC operations and profitably grow the business in 100+ markets. Chris also worked with Rolex and Tudor Watches to advise on the tech setup of their international online marketing. He enjoys integrating technology with business, strategy and making global teams work. In his free time he has built several community societies and meetup groups.
Senior Development Officer
Kristina’s background is in technology marketing, helping startups and scale-ups grow through digital marketing channels, spanning email, content, social media and brand communications. Kristina is passionate about the intersection between business, customers and digital technology which affords not just better customer experience but also drives commercial results. This is why she is currently focused on digital transformation and how it is changing businesses.
Development & Marketing Officer
Jasmine is a Client Lead at Dunnhumby, helping consumer brands and clients grow business results and customer loyalty by delivering shopper insight solutions. Prior to this role, she was a Management Consultant at PwC, working with clients across different industries in Hong Kong and China, focusing on digital strategy, customer experience and project management. Jasmine is pursuing a Diploma in Digital Marketing at the IDM and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Core Events Officer
Cigdem (Chi) has been in the digital marketing field since 2009. She is specialized in advising startups and global established brands for their paid channel management (e.g. on Google, Facebook etc.), analytics tracking and conversion optimization. For Adwords campaign management, Google published two of her accounts’ success stories. In 2014, she led an investment process (data audit and reporting to investors) for an e-commerce startup where the company raised £1.2m in Istanbul, Turkey. She is currently working as a digital marketing consultant at Optibus Digital in London, where she manages the strategy building and implementation processes of international projects such as Land Rover BORN Awards.

Roxana started in agency roles where she developed a strong PPC background. She is currently working in online gaming covering a wide spectrum of aspects from paid platforms management to mobile marketing, video, analytics, strategical coordination and project management. She has gained experience across European and Global markets and dealt with all aspects of PPC, SEO, Paid and Organic social media, Programmatic, Email, website and funnel optimization, Analytics and BI reporting. She has also worked with offline channels such as TV ads, print, direct mail and events planning. Because she feels passionate about perpetually learning and sharing knowledge she joined ‘Outreach Digital’, where she helps like-minded people connect and increase shared learning in London’s digital community.

Denise has nearly 10 years experience in marketing communications with clients who are mostly from Finance, IT, Healthcare and Entertainment. While deepening her knowledge in various online courses, attending professional events, she pursued a degree in marketing communications at Birkbeck, University of London. Recently she mainly collaborates with startups and local companies based in UK and Austria because she feels she can have bigger impact on their expansion and growth. Speaking about Denise’s free time, she enjoys organising vegans and climbing events and currently she’s planning to move to Asia as traveling is her big passion.
Lucia West-George is a brand and marketing specialist at the Financial Times, working on multi-channel brand-building campaigns with a particular focus on social media. Lucia’s expertise includes brand management, strategy development, social media strategy and management, content management, email marketing, analytics, PR, offline and online advertising, and creative briefing. Lucia has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Birmingham, and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
